Langtang Valley Trek - Introduction
The Langtang Valley Trek is a journey into a region known as the 'Valley of Glaciers,' offering a spectacular blend of natural beauty and rich Tamang culture. Located relatively close to Kathmandu, this trek provides stunning views of Langtang Lirung (7,227m), Ganesh Himal, and other peaks. The trail passes through lush forests, traditional villages, and eventually opens up into a wide alpine valley with dramatic mountain scenery.

Langtang is stunning and the Tamang culture is fascinating. Kyanjin Gompa was a highlight.
